RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Everity ("we", "our", or "us"), customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
After 30 days from delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that show signs of excessive use, damage caused by misuse, or alterations made by the customer.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The wrong item was received.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products showing signs of use beyond normal inspection.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Returns sent without prior authorization.
- Clearance, discounted, or promotional items, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective.
- Damaged upon arrival.
- Incorrectly shipped.

SHIPPING
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages and are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
