ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been successfully placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may occasionally take slightly longer.


SHIPPING TIMES

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery time:

United States: 6–10 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery may vary depending on:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections (when applicable)
  • High shipping volume
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

SHIPPING COSTS

We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

No minimum purchase is required.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.


MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on warehouse availability.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to update the address.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package appears to be delayed, we recommend first checking the tracking information.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find the best possible solution.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping package

This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For orders shipped within the United States, customers generally will not incur customs or import duties.

If any additional fees are required by local authorities, they are the responsibility of the customer.


DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping times shown on our website are estimated delivery windows and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

While we make every effort to deliver orders promptly, delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
